In an unprecedented show of unified demonstration, monks, nuns, and many Burmese are holding prayer vigils and peacefu lprotests against the military dictatorship of Myanmar/Burma. One of the world’s most corrupt and oppressive governments, the junta has oppressed the peoples of Burma for almost 20 years.
Join the people of Burma in prayer for a restored democratic state, where religious, social and economic freedom can abound.

International Bloggers’ Day for Burma on the 4th of October
International bloggers are preparing an action to support the peaceful revolution in Burma. We want to set a sign for freedom and show our sympathy for these people who are fighting their cruel regime without weapons. These Bloggers are planning to refrain from posting to their blogs on October 4 and just put up one Banner then, underlined with the words „Free Burma!“.

these people dont need to protest,they need to be liberated,when will people learn and say enough is enough,the world was not meant to be lived this way,women men children,innocents should not be killed or oppressed and threatend with death these men anre evil murderer’s they will not lay down arms from words or prayer they will kill,just like the bully on the school ground keeps going until someone stands up and and shows him what it means to be hurt,but hey nobody cares right its there problem not ours.
