		<description>I don&#039;t think I will be able to resist. I planned on waiting to see how you assessed Niehaus&#039; article. I read it in a nascent form a few years ago and I thought he misrepresented both Hafe&#039;s and Dumbrell&#039;s system in order to make his own point. I do not remember the details and he may have changed it. At the time, I was not impressed by his argument at all. I can&#039;t get JETS here at Aberdeen and only a limited number of ILL&#039;s so I will have to read him (and reasses the argument) through your review.</description>

		<description>Here is an interesting dilemma - when Tesco (here in Scotland) announced that it was going to stop investing in produce abroad (and keep local), there was an outcry from the farmers in poorer countries who stood to lose tons of cash. Don&#039;t know how it was resolved - but sometimes going green hurts those countries who can&#039;t afford to submit to enviromental restrictions (or for other major investors to do so).</description>
